Yewande Efodili is a survivor of domestic violence who channels the experience she and her daughter, Wonu, had to create a frequency that affects individuals who are victims of domestic violence. She launched her Nonprofit, Touch Link, in December of 2014 with a mission to support, uplift, and empower victims of domestic violence. Touch Link has since provided immediate support to over 40 individual victims and has spread information about domestic violence to countless numbers of people across the US through workshops, seminars, and speaking on panels.Yewande is also an active member of the Woodbridge Township Domestic Violence Response Team where she is able to provide guidance to victims in imminent danger and guide them to resources immediately available to them with the support of The Woodbridge Township Police Department.
Dr. Genevieve Kumapley is a co-founder and the Executive Director of MyGOAL Inc, (My Gateway to Overcoming Autism in Link Inc) a non-profit Autism organization in the United States that helps families with limited economic resources access therapies, programs, and information about autism spectrum disorders.Dr. Kumapley is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist and practices at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She also holds an Adjunct Clinical Professor appointment with Rutgers University Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy.
Abimbola Lawore is an ordained Pastor and a co-pastor with her husband, Jide Lawore at RCCG Agape House of Worship (AHOW) in Roselle, NJ. She oversees the AHOW Women’s Ministry which caters to the spiritual needs of adult women from age 18 and above, and the AHOW Children’s Ministry which is responsible for spiritual education and development of children from age 2 through 12. She is a well respected teacher, counselor and leader. Abimbola is a senior auditor with over 12 years of experience at the New Jersey State Treasury Department. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/MIS from Rutgers University, NJ and a Masters degree in Accounting from Kean University, Union, NJ. She and her husband are blessed with three wonderful children, Joel, Ebunoluwa and Ifeoluwa.
Ade Adedeji is a financial services professional whose mandate includes structuring and executing acquisition, refinancing and sustainability-linked loans for corporate clients. He completed his MBA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and his undergraduate degree at Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta GA.He also serves as a Deacon at the Agape House of Worship in Roselle. Previously Ade was a pioneer member of the Board of Trustees at Agape for over 2 years. Ade resides in New Jersey and is happily married to Dolapo and they are blessed with two wonderful kids – Adebolu and Erin.He enjoys traveling, gastronomy, photography and current affairs.
Wonú is a digital marketing professional who currently works as a social media manager. She also freelances as a consultant in helping smaller companies strategize and dvelop tools to help growth various on digital platforms. She is a graduate of New York University's Digital Marketing Program and has a Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Sociology/Anthropology and Theatre from Lehigh University. She is a very passionate person who has turned an otherwise traumatic situation into her driving force, determined to excel in life. Although Wonú was an infant during the time of abuse she still recalls it as though it were yesterday. That very experience is what birthed Touch Link. Wonú wants to help all those who might be in the situation she was once in with her mother by ensuring that they are knowledgeable and well equipped with the resources to survive.
Lisa is a writer, editor and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience in publishing. She is the former Director of Membership for In Good Company, and Associate Producer for Parents of the Revolution, a 2014 documentary about parents inside the Occupy Wall Street movement. Lisa is a contributing editor for The Good Men Project, and founder of The Modern Village, a continuing education series dedicated to the social and emotional well-being of families. Lisa is also a life-long activist who paints and writes poetry, having performed in spoken word events in both in New Jersey and New York City. She lives in South Orange with her daughter, a talented young artist and activist in her own right.
Tunde Malomo is a financial services professional with over 14 years of experience in the New York City area.
